Intelligent Environments gains competitive advantage with Selection Cloud

When Intelligent Environments needed to build a UK mobile customer a PCI compliant platform in just six months the chose Selection Cloud to deliver it because the solution we recommended was the best value of the three tenders that IE’s VP of Development, Andy Sloman, reviewed, especially around Disaster Recovery (DR).

He explained: ‘When we instigated this project, we looked at improving our existing hosting environment but the costs to make it PCI compliant were prohibitive. It made more sense to build a new environment from the ground up that would deliver all of the elements we required.’

Selection also provides ongoing support for the hosting environment and Andy has found that both of his account managers, David Blesovsky and Ivan Whittall, as well as the team of support engineers, have been very responsive. ‘The SLAs we have in place are being met at all times, there have been no issues at all and whenever we have needed support at short notice, even over the weekend, the response time has been superb.’

Having a PCI compliant hosting environment means that IE can now demonstrate to their customers and prospects that they are a company with excellent security credentials that can offer hosted solutions following industry guidelines.
