The Selection team is made up of hundreds of dedicated, qualified and directly employed professionals. Our business strategy is initiated and driven by the Board of Directors, in association with the Senior Management Team.
The Board comprises of:
Anthony Galley, Chair
Anthony became Chair of the Board in 2012 when Selection acquired Cloud Data, where he had been Chair for the past two years. His career has included time at Mistral Internet as Managing Director, and nine years as Chairman of Global Data Vault.
Grahame Harrington, Managing Director
Grahame was made Managing Director in July 2000 after serving as Sales Director for the previous two years. Since joining the Board, Grahame has helped to develop the range of services available and maintain the focus on implementing flexible and innovative IT support solutions. Prior to joining Selection Services in 1996, Grahame worked as an IT Manager for a nationwide freight forwarding agent before enjoying a Sales career with a London based IT services provider.
Harvey Downer, Finance Director FCCA
Harvey has been with Selection since 1997 and became Finance Director in 1998. He guides the development of the Finance department and systems and is also Director of our HR and Compliance divisions. Harvey previously worked for the Marriott Hotel Group where he was Financial Controller for the UK contract catering business and he has over 20 years’ experience in the contracted services sector.
Joe Rowbotham, Strategic Alliances Director
Joe has worked with Selection Services since June 1998, joining the company after a 12 year career in the City for two global broking houses. Joe ran our CRM team for seven years and was appointed to the Board in 2004. His primary focus is now on developing our Partner Alliances, which not only focuses on the large Tier 1 suppliers such as Atos, Accenture and Cap Gemini, but is also forging partnerships with smaller niche players and consultancies to help move our business forward.
Chris Hughes, Operations Director
Chris Hughes has been with Selection for more than a decade and has over 20 years' experience in the IT industry. Since joining Selection he has gained invaluable knowledge through roles in the field, on-site, project engineering and technical support, progressing through to departmental management and culminating in his appointment as Operations Manager. Chris was made Operations Director in July 2006.
Colin Robinson, Client Relationship Director
Colin has been with Selection since 2001 and was appointed to the Board in 2011. He works to continually improve the experience Selection clients have with the company. Prior to joining Selection Colin was a Director at ICAP PLC a global interdealer broking company, where he had a successful 20 year career in charge of the Japanese Yen trading floor.
