The Selection Resource service gives you access to the entire Selection technical team, whose knowledge and experience is guaranteed to be accredited to the latest standards, enabling you to keep pace with the ever-changing IT landscape. Available on a subscription basis for short-, medium- or long-term contracts, or just as individual days as required, we can help your business to manage IT more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Hardware and Warranty Management

Regardless of your equipment’s warranty status, we provide all elements of ‘break/fix maintenance’ service delivery with the cost of all labour, replacement parts and components (excluding consumables), as well as supply of replacement loan equipment, included. If your hardware fails then replacement components will either be brought to your site by one of our fully-accredited engineers or despatched to you once we have made a full diagnosis, so the probability of a first time fix is greatly improved.

If your equipment needs to go for workshop repair then a loan machine will be installed until your original item is repaired or replaced. Our engineers will always ensure your systems are fully operational and configured meaning your business can operate with minimum disruption.
